OMG! 2 more days and I"M HOME! Hahaha... for those who love me, it's good news for you butt if you hate me, then just too bad! Hahahahahahaha.
I've got a presentation at 3 and then I'm done wit studying here in Perth. But sadly because I haven't done my journal and group report, I still have to continue to mug till 4 apriL! WAHHHHHH!!! It would mark the end of babysitting! Anyway I have stopped shopping already. Bought 2 wallets, one for shir and the other for another friend for her bdae. Shir, if you are reading this, you can choose first! Hahaha.
I have to go shopping again tomorrow for food! Have to buy heaps of them for other people and not for myself. But hahaha, I'm not using my own cash for it. All i ask for is that they appreciate me for lugging it back! Hahahaha.

Right, so the internet connection got cut of at the apartment because the person has decided to lock up the wireless connection. So now I have to use the computers in school which isn't a bad thing after all because I get to use the new Macs with the Intel Chips and the integrated webcam! It's so fast that I love it!
Anyway I went to church yesterday. Went to this church, Faith Community Church. The congregation is mainly made of families and students from Singapore that have moved to Perth. It was a really environment to be in worshipping the Lord. The worship was fab!! The band was like woah! The sermon was good too. But I would figure that there would be people who would be uncomfortable there because there were these two ladies who were dancing with flags in the front during worship.
So it's my last week here and I can't wait! HOME SWEET HOME!

Nothing much has happened since I last blogged. Went for late night shopping on Thursday at Subiaco. There was nothing much to see there and we ended up walking a really long distance to cotton in where I bought a top together with Huimin. I bought the nice enviro bag too! So pretty! Haha.
Spent the most of yesterday at Frementle walking along the streets, visiting the Frementle market and the infamous Frementle Prison. It was a erally fun experience there learning more about the history and viewing the prisoner's cells. Seeing the evolvement from the most basic of cells to how is it right now. The thing was that it wasn't that scary but because Georgie kept screaming at the slightest things, it made us react the same way too. Got irritating after a while.
So it's one more week to go before I get back and I can't wait. Rid me of my babysitting duties.

The weather here is just COLD! It has been freezing since I stepped out of lecture this afternoon and I am soooo scared that I will be blown away by the wind. Hahahaha. Then if that really happens, I will be on the newspapers and I will be FAMOUS!
Went to Rottnest Island yesterday as mentioned and I really had a great time there just basking in the sun and learning more about the history of the place. It's just so sad that Rottnest is just being remembered as a holiday destination rather than a place that use to house the indegenious prisoners that suffered a really hard life. Though I would agree that people will not go to the island anymore if the history is being brought up on a much larger scale, they cannot forget the past because what is in the past helps shape the future too.
After yesterday's trip to the island, today it was another emotional rollercoaster when we visited the museum and saw the exhibition on the indegenious people. Just to hear about the people that were taken away from their parents because of their mixed parentage and how the govt kept emphasising that "it was for their own good" and the effect that it had on them, almost caused me to cry there. I was watching the video they were playing as part of their exhibits and I wanted to cry because I felt so much for them. I cannot imagine the trauma of me being taken away from my parents. I think I would have just gone bersek.
So we went off to do some shopping before going back to the univesity for a lecture. The lecture was rather informative and with us watching this particular episode of a famous sitcom here, I understood the content rather well.
Hope the weather will be better tomorrow!

I just came back from Rottnest Island and I'm BURNT! My skin is red and hot, I tell you, it's just too painful to touch it! But I had great time there busking in the sun at the beach and walking around the island to learn more about it's history with the indeginious people.
So I will try to blog more tomorrow because it's getting dark already.

OOOO I'm so chilling by the pool now and bloggin. Woke to a terrible start coz I started feeling sick and I really mean sick but I still went to school for class today. The atmosphere here is really different now that Ms Lau has gone off. I think we have become more paranoid about our safety that when we hear some funny noise outside our apartments we freak out. But hey, it's our safety that we are concerned here.
So it was a rather short day in school today. Went down to another supermarket to do some shopping for the week and now, the fridge is so well-stocked that I don't have to make another trip there again. I don't know what to say but that irritating housemate of mine, just keeps complaining and doesn't know how to help to carry the groceries. All she does is just to carry the lighter bags and just complains. I don't know what to do with her but I feel like kicking her into the sea already. Most probably I can do it tomorrow when we head down to Rottnest Islands and when they are going snorkeling. MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
OH YA! Finally I see traces of clouds here in Perth. We were at the bus stop this morning and we noticed them. But but, it doesn't help with the heat! It was so hot today!!! It hit a high of 37 degree celsius and there was no wind at all! SO HOT! Tomorrow will be another hot day and maybe it will be the best reason or rather excuse to wear some of my new clothes. Hahaha.
I still miss home quite a bit and well when things happen back home, I just wish that I can be around for my friends. I miss 52623 quite a fair bit too but oh wells, I'm coming home soon! That's something to be happy about. =) Btw the pic is of me trying to play cricket. Hahaha.

Okae, so it is by popular demand that I'm blogging today. Spent the entire day today resting at home and not doing anything much. Was so tired by the entire week's events that I thank God for the chance to rest.

Finally some time to blog!! So it has been a rather eventful week since I touched down here in Perth and seriously, I WANNA PACK MY BAGS AND COME ON HOME NOW.
I think I mentioned about this housemate of mine. Well she broke like a lot a lot of house rules and seriously, I feel like kicking her into the river. LOL. I know I know, I'm very evil. MUAHAHHAAHAHAHAHA.
Enough said about her. School's really fun now that the tutorials have started. Had a really good session with Dr Martin yesterday. He's a really really hilarious guy. Love talking to him. Next week will be another busy week but will be having tutorials with another professor, Dr Andrea. She'll be one tough nut to crack. She's so sharp that we can't smoke through again. =(
Today they organised a BBQ for us at Matilda Bay which is actually near the school campus. Managed to meet some of the students that came to Singapore for the exchange programme and even had the opportunity to meet this Singaporean, Ruby. She's really nice and Ms Lau told her to take good care of us for her. Haha. She says that she will bring us to this Italian place where I can get good coffee! HAhahahaha. So nice of her. She even brought some of my group mates to church today. Nah I didn't go along because it was a catholic church that they were going to and I wasn't really comfortable with going there. =(
There are really HOT guys here. OMG! The are like flies, flying in from all directions. Haha. I mean is like when you sit every where there will be people walking around and they just look so GOOD! Hahaha. No worries, I will bring back some for those who have already told me too. Hahahahaha.
Shopping here is fantastic too! I bought so many clothes and they are all so CHEAP! But I have to curb my shopping already anyway. Okay, I have to go off now. Here's a pic for you all to enjoy.

Heys. Promised to update my blog as often as I can whilst I am in Perth. Touched down safely early this morning and the weather here is fantastic. Not too cold and not too hot. Love the weather.
Well the bloopers have appeared in just the first day with one of my housemates. We can't really communicate with her and therefore, well can't stand her. Feel like we have to serve her and well we are just hoping that she will start helping around in the house.
I finally appreciate having the car around at home! We had to walk to the nearest supermarket and what was worse was that we had to lug our groceries home! SO HEAVY! Man at that moment I just wished that I knew how to drive and had a car with me. But shopping at the supermarket was fun. Like way way fun. But it was torturing to think of what to cook for the entire week so that we can buy the food. I would think that we gave up halfway and just started getting junk food. Haha...
Man, I am homesick already even though it has only been one day but I am already missing all my friends and someone. It's like now I am sitting under the stars blogging and gazing at them wishing that the people that matter most in my heart are actually sitting here with me right now.
There's school tomorrow in the morning but hopefully we finish early so that we can go SHOPPING! hahahahahaha. I think that's the only thing that is keeping my spirits up today. I can't wait to come back home. 19 more days to go!

Counting down the the number of days left before I head to the Down Under for 3 weeks. So it's has been two days of lectures and tutorials, with a field trip coming up, so exciting right? -_-'''
Too many things have happened for during the past week that I haven't blogged. An emotional wreck walking around because of the pressure that I was facing in church due to the rising number of issues that I was presented with. Alongside with the negative responses that I was getting from my fellow co-workers, I really couldn't handle it anymore. I hope that all will be fine whilst I am away and that I will be refreshed when I am there in Perth. Rejuvinated to do God's work again. I really need to learn how to find joy while serving the Lord.
Okay so after two days of lecture in school, I am glad to be back. No more facing of the accounts that I cannot tally ( still can't) and the frustration of the inability to do the accounts well. All the globalisation lectures that I am attending makes me feel like I am back in Secondary School again, doing Social Studies. It feels like I am in JC too, doing GP. Though it gives me a better insight on issues that take a global stand, I still get bored after a while. Another 2 days of lectures to attend before I fly off, so I will just endure and find enjoyment whilst in tutorial.
Ah! I just received my itenary for Perth and well it's good that I am really occupied there with the readings, lectures, tutorials, field trips etc. At least I don't have that urge to keep wanting to go online to chat with my friends and blog or even to go shopping, though I very much want to.
=( Never mind, this is an experience to die for. I will blog as often as I can to keep you guess updated about the stuff that I am doing there.
